Opportunities to Help

Volunteer Area Directors

We are currently looking for individuals to assist in developing local programs throughout the states of Florida and Georgia. Area directors recruit volunteers in their area and develop programs based on the unique needs of their community. We encourage our area directors to “think outside the box”, roll their sleeves up and make a difference in their own neighborhoods.

Host Families

Host families provide the day-to-day care for our foreign children receiving surgical services. Their sensitivity and training make them real partners with medical professionals during the healing process. Host families are required to have a home study completed as well as criminal background screenings.

Volunteer Medical Professionals

Volunteer doctors and dentists are a critical part of the healing process. Surgeons are needed to donate their services, general pediatricians and dentists are needed to treat both local and international patients. Doctors, dentists and nurses are also needed to accompany us on our mission trips.

Community Health Fairs & Events

Volunteers are needed to help staff registration tables, food booths, activities and games, etc. We also need volunteers who are willing to assist in the process of planning health fairs in their local communities.
