Welcome to the Florida/Georgia chapter of Healing the Children. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing donated healthcare to children in need. Healing the Children envisions a world where every child has access to medical care, regardless of ability to pay, insurance status and physical location.

It’s hard to believe that some children living in our community have never seen a pediatrician, much less received the standard shots. It’s even harder to believe that a child living in our community could die because he does not have health insurance to cover a life-saving surgery, but it happens everyday. We serve children from all over the world, but the vast majority of the children we help live right here in Central Florida.

TIME, TALENT, & TREASURE:

Helping the most disadvantaged of kids –the ones who hardly have a chance to get the medical help that they need is a laudable goal. Helping very needy children-even one- is like helping the world. It is what gives us all the greatest satisfaction. In a way, it’s like a complete makeover; but what we do, makes positive changes in the child and the family that last a lifetime!

Your help is needed now! Consider joining us as a board member, volunteering or making a financial contribution. With your help we will increase the volunteer base and together we will find ways to increase individual contributions to keep helping kids.
